What are our shipping costs?

For all orders under $120 there is a $20 shipping charge, for all orders over $120, shipping is free all across North America.

Where can we ship to?

We can ship all across Canada!

Will my insurance cover purchases on your site?

In a lot of cases yes! Just submit your thecpapstore.ca invoice to your insurance company!

Can I return my order?

In most cases, yes! We have a 30 day return policy on all orders. Just use our Contact Form to request one.

Where do we ship from?

We ship from Vancouver, Canada. But we can service all of Canada!
